1. Chapter 456: Health Professions and Regulations
2. 64.B4 Florida Administrative Code: The Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling
3. Chapter 491 Clinical Counseling and Psychotherapy Services, 90.503 Psychotherapist-Patient Privilege and Testifying in Court
4. Chapter 397: The Marchman Act, (Substance Abuse)
5. Chapter 394: The Baker Act (The Mental Health Act)
6. Chapter 39: Child Protection from Abuse, Abandonment, and Neglect
7. Chapter 415: Elder/Vulnerable Adult Protection form Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation

You must complete the following steps to receive your certificate:

1. Partcipate in the seminar.
2. Submit the course evaluation.
3. Ace-Classes.com will email your certificate and report your credit to CE Broker.
